Apple Sign-In Information
If you choose to create an account or sign in using Apple Sign-In, Apple may provide us with the following information associated with your Apple ID, subject to your privacy settings and Apple's terms:
- Your name (first and last name, if you choose to share it)
- Your email address (if you choose to share it, or a private relay email if you use Hide My Email)
You can control what information Apple shares with us through your Apple ID privacy settings. You can also revoke our access to your Apple ID at any time through your Apple account settings. If you revoke access, you may need to create a new account using email and password to continue using LeapNest. Financial Information
To help you track your home buying journey, we collect:
- Income sources and amounts
- Monthly expenses by category
- Property information (current and dream home)
- Savings goals and progress
Subscription and Payment Information
If you choose to subscribe to Premium or Ultimate tiers, we collect:
- Subscription tier selection (Premium or Ultimate)
- Billing period preference (monthly or yearly)
- Payment information (processed through platform payment providers)
- Subscription status and billing history
Payment information is processed securely through platform payment providers (Apple App Store for iOS). We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. All payment processing is handled by Apple's secure payment system.
Usage Information
We may automatically collect certain information about your device and how you interact with our app, including:
- Device information (model, operating system)
- App usage data (features used, time spent)
- Error logs and performance data
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services

- With service providers who help us operate our app (e.g., Supabase for database hosting)

Our app uses the following third-party services:
- Supabase: Database and authentication services
- Google Places API: Address autocomplete functionality
- Apple App Store: Subscription billing and payment processing (iOS)
- Apple Sign-In: Authentication service (iOS) - When you use Apple Sign-In, your authentication is handled by Apple, and Apple may share certain information with us as described in the "Apple Sign-In Information" section above

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

10. Subscription Tiers and Data Access
LeapNest offers three subscription tiers:
- Free Tier: Limited to 2 properties (oldest active and oldest prospect property)
- Premium Tier: Up to 5 properties with workflow features (prospect → in-progress → active)
- Ultimate Tier: Unlimited properties with all premium features and priority support
Your subscription tier determines which features and how many properties you can access. If your subscription expires or is cancelled, you will retain access to your data but may be limited to Free tier features. All your property data is preserved regardless of subscription status.
11. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Subscription and billing information may be retained for legal and accounting purposes even after account deletion. You can request deletion of your data at any time through the app settings.
12. International Users
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. By using our app, you consent to such transfers.
